I choose this topic because I wanted to try to drive car with hybrids. Last thursday, Honda said that it will roll-out an eletric car and a plug-in hybrid in Japan in 2012. Japan is the second car maker and the first was United States. They planed to compact the electric car which is large-sized plug-in hybrids that will run up to 60 killometers on a litre of petrol. This car design by the CEO name Takanobu Ito. It will be very necessary for Honda in the next ten years because of the environment and the global economic structure. The detail of the car will not be released. Honda said that this year will create a lithium-ion battery invest with GS Yuasa. Honda will also expand its line-up of standard hybrid models next year, Ito said. The company will introduce the Fit hybrid in Japan this year and the next-generation Civic hybrid in 2012.
In my opinion, Japan have a unique style of car maker. Japan is one of the greatest car maker which have a lot of brand name such as Honda, Toyota etc. that had many people uses it today, and if they planned to built a eletric car, I think it might be good for the environment because people around the world might be using eletric car.
